In connection with your transaction, Jack Schmitt Ford  -Lincoln-Mercury (the "dealership" may obtain information about you as  described in this notice, which the dealership handles as stated in  this notice:

1. The dealership collects non-public personal information about you from the following sources:

       
• information the dealership receives from you on applications or other forms.
       
• information about your transactions with the dealership, its affiliates or others; and
       
• information the dealership receives from a consumer reporting agency.

4.  The dealership may also disclose all the information it collects , as  described above, to companies and independent contractors that perform  marketing services on the dealerships behalf or to other financial  institutions with whom the dealership has joint marketing agreements.  The dealership may make such disclosures about you as a consumer,  customer or former customer.

5. The dealership  restricts access to nonpublic information personal information about  you to those employees who need to know tat information to provide  products or services to you. the dealership maintains physical,  electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal  regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

6.  Your Opt Out Right: FTC regulations require that this notice include a  provision permitting a customer to request that the dealership not  release your nonpublic personal information. The wishes of any customer  to "opt-out" will be met, except to the extent disclosure is permitted  by applicable exceptions to the opt-out" requirements set forth in the  FTC regulations.
