In connection with your transaction, Jack Schmitt Ford -Lincoln-Mercury (the "dealership" may obtain information about you as described in this notice, which the dealership handles as stated in this notice:

6. Your Opt Out Right: FTC regulations require that this notice include a provision permitting a customer to request that the dealership not release your nonpublic personal information. The wishes of any customer to "opt-out" will be met, except to the extent disclosure is permitted by applicable exceptions to the opt-out" requirements set forth in the FTC regulations.
